Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Estimating group. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving functional effectiveness, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and optimizing business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development of the forecasting process for assigned business lines, ensuring accuracy and reliability

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings
  • Analyze data and develop insights that inform business decisions, using tools such as SQL, Succeed, and Sigma
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
  • Identify and implement opportunities for business process optimization, using techniques such as lean and six sigma
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and technical teams

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or mathematics

  • At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or process optimization
  • Proven track record of driving functional effectiveness and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Strong background in business analysis, data analysis, and process optimization
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with tools such as SQL, Succeed, and Sigma, as well as data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or mathematics

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement
  • Strong background in data science, machine learning, or artificial intelligence
  • Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Strong knowledge of business intelligence tools, such as Power BI or Tableau
