As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing expert advice and support to customers via phone, email, and chat. A Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Representative, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and interactions. Here's a glimpse into what you can expect:

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products and services
- Passion for gardening and commitment to customer satisfaction
- High-speed internet and a quiet, private workspace
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the gardening or horticulture industry

As a new hire, you will participate in an intensive training program, which will cover:

- Ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
Work-Life Balance
As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. You will be required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the option to work more hours during peak season. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including:
