Job Description:
As a Full Stack Business Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing high-level analytical support to our business stakeholders, including the development and implementation of business strategies, process improvements, and data-driven insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to identify business opportunities, analyze data, and develop recommendations for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pre-and post-examination of client programs, business initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing campaigns to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Investigate the execution of various pilot projects, following a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing)
- Maintain and update required tools and systems, such as BPM or Course Planning models, to meet business needs
- Identify errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes, and provide solutions
- Proactively search for patterns and trends in data to identify opportunities for improvement or growth
- Support the development and implementation of business strategies and processes to improve financial performance and operational efficiency
- Model business scenarios based on analyzed data and business needs
- Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed, and develop dashboards and reports to inform business decisions
- Any other related and assigned responsibilities
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Marketing, Finance, or related field, with a focus on analysis, modeling, or forecasting
- Experience with management consulting or design thinking a plus
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, including data mining and statistical analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Visio
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of financial and accounting principles, including profit and loss statements
- Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects and priorities
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong change management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Preferred Qualifications:
* Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, macros, and SQL
- Experience with statistical analysis software, such as R or similar tools
- Familiarity with data mining and business intelligence tools, such as Edge Minder or similar tools
- Experience with project management or service management software
- Functional understanding of sales, distribution, warehouse, and production processes
