- Preparing information for data entry and ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Providing entry-level support for the data entry function, including answering customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Performing high-volume data entry work, including typing, faxing, and verifying data
- Completing clerical functions, such as filing, scanning, and shredding documents
- Deleting data entry mistakes and making corrections as needed
- Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program strategies and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Training new data entry employees on our computer system and providing ongoing support
- Performing regular audits and data entry adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality
- Reviewing and confirming data before entry to ensure accuracy and completeness
Essential Qualifications
