Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to merchants, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with the Trader Administrations Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and team performance
- Mentoring colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth
- Analyzing data and identifying opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes to increase efficiency and quality
- Working closely with the Inbound Operations team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and arenaflex's best practices
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service)
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar tools for data analysis and reporting
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the food delivery or logistics industry
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
