Key Responsibilities
As a Logistics and Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and scheduling all shipments with various carriers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Establishing and coordinating schedules with carriers and tendering shipments
- Preparing all necessary shipping documentation to ensure compliance with all applicable transportation regulatory requirements
- Handling multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure seamless operations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Providing excellent customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders
Abilities Required
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- Proficiency with ERP, WMS & WCS Software
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to think independently and handle multiple projects through to completion
- Demonstrated independent work initiative, sound judgment, diplomacy, and analytical ability
- Commitment to excellence and a customer-centric approach
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics transportation
- Excellent communication, customer service, computer, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with transportation regulatory requirements and compliance
- Knowledge of ERP, WMS & WCS Software
- Certification in logistics or a related field
- Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Compensation and Benefits
