Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Handling and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times
  • Clarifying orders as needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files, including client information and order details
  • Collaborating with the Data Entry Manager and other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
  • Previous experience in pharmacy, with LTC pharmacy experience preferred
  • Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Great telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
