Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
• Providing product and service information to customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable online experience
• Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of arenaflex's products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and updates
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and feedback
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, ensuring a positive and productive work environment

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary but preferred)
• The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
• A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex
• Gaming experience is a plus, but not required

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be able to:

• Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
• Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
• Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred
• Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
• Possess gaming experience (optional but preferred)
