Job Summary

  • Scheduling and Data Entry: Schedule follow-up appointments as needed, manage e-commerce orders, and perform data entry tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Automated Systems: Utilize automated systems proficiently to log, retrieve, and update information accurately, ensuring efficient customer management and issue resolution.
  • Complex Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate complex customer situations to appropriate departments, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:
