Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting our list of clients to fulfill their requests and schedule follow-up virtual Zoom appointments
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual Zoom appointments
  • Resolving customer inquiries, issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Processing forms, applications, and requests promptly and accurately
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
  • Updating customer information in our database
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
