Experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer – Integration and Governance Specialist

Key Responsibilities
As an IAM developer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our Identity and Intelligence Quotient (IIQ) system. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing SailPoint integrations that meet our scalable and nimble requirements
- Collaborating with international-class software and platform teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment
- Developing and troubleshooting IAM solutions in a business environment
- Implementing JML events, custom/Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) LCM workflows to meet business requirements
- Customizing software onboarding using WebServices, RestAPI, and SCIM API connectors and provisioning rules
What You'll Contribute
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and experience:
- Strong exposure to identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and federation
- Experience with SailPoint implementation, IAM domain best practices, and design and maintenance of data
- Strong experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SharePoint
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A tremendous mindset and a passion for innovation and security

Minimal Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet one of the following minimal qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field
- 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field
- 5+ years' experience in IAM development and implementation
- Experience with SailPoint implementation and IAM domain best practices
- Strong experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SharePoint
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
