Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team, working remotely and contributing to the success of our organization. As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data, developing reporting solutions, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business decisions. You'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of data sources, including Microsoft Access, Excel, and SQL Server, and develop your skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop reporting solutions
• Analyzing complex data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
• Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving data-related problems
• Presenting analysis and recommendations to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
• Developing and maintaining databases and data systems to support business needs
• Evaluating data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance data analysis and reporting

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 2-4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, and SQL Server
• Experience with development programming languages, such as ASP.NET, C#, and JavaScript
• Experience with database languages, such as Transact SQL and Oracle PLSQL
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience with reporting platforms, such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
• Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures
• Experience with Hadoop, Oracle, and other data management tools
• Crystal Reporting experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
