Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Workforce Activities and Operations, you'll be responsible for leading task groups of experts and partners, performing data gathering and analysis, and developing solutions to drive business growth and operational efficiency. You'll work closely with our store activities cycle team, providing key recommendations to our leadership group on process enhancements and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead task groups of experts and partners to drive business growth and operational efficiency

• Perform data gathering and analysis, including data combination, solution development, project/procedure planning, and data usage
• Produce reports for groups and leadership to audit and use, and deliver presentations to groups and senior leaders
• Build skills and knowledge, including self-improvement, team information, and client (internal) information
• Direct Chief/Direct Reports, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution
• Regularly report to Store Activities Cycle Manager or Store Tasks Business Administrator (or Sr. Supervisors)
• Travel requirements: occasional travel under 10% of the time
• Work environment: indoor, comfortable, and safe

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a field of study connected to the job

• 3 years of work experience, preferably in a retail or field-related industry
• Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and insights
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and lead high-performing teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Store insight and ASDS experience

• Experience driving high-performing teams and counseling senior leadership
• Strong retail and field knowledge
