Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Professional, your key responsibilities will include:

- Promoting American Express Private Venture Services (SBS) products and services to clients
- Enhancing key selling skills, including building affinity, understanding client needs, and handling complaints
- Providing accurate and timely information to clients regarding their accounts and services

- Complying with all administrative and compliance rules related to customer service and sales practices
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
- At least two years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
