Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team in Arizona, USA. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Professional, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional service to clients through inbound calls, emails, and online chats
  • Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences
  • Promoting American Express Private Venture Services (SBS) products and services to clients
  • Enhancing key selling skills, including building affinity, understanding client needs, and handling complaints
  • Providing accurate and timely information to clients regarding their accounts and services
  • Maintaining accurate records and data in accordance with established procedures and protocols
  • Complying with all administrative and compliance rules related to customer service and sales practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
  • At least two years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, measurement-driven environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and online platforms

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a customer service and sales environment, preferably in a financial services or banking industry
  • Knowledge of American Express products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise
  • Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
