Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, answering their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing Service to Patients: Answer patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience and building trust.
  • Excellent Communication: Provide clear, concise, and effective communication, both verbally and in writing, to patients and internal stakeholders.
  • ETM Software Operation: Learn and understand the operation of our ETM software, ensuring seamless integration with our billing and account operations.
  • Billing and Account Operations: Learn and understand our billing and account operations, including researching and resolving problems with patients' bills.
  • Telephone Inquiries: Answer and document all telephone inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses to patients.
  • Problem-Solving: Research and resolve problems with patients' bills, updating insurance coverage as needed and printing courtesy claims and itemized statements.
  • Financial Agreements: Arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties and assignments as requested by management.

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously.
  • Microsoft Windows Environment: Familiarity with the Microsoft Windows environment is required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish: Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

* Retail and Restaurant Experience: Candidates with experience in retail and restaurant service are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is highly desirable.
