Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Fluency in English, with outstanding sentence structure, spelling, and grammar
  • The ability to type at least 65 words per minute, with above 97% accuracy
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, and/or lead generation
  • A positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
