Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your proficiency in Mandarin and English, will enable you to effectively resolve customer issues and maintain a positive brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in placing online orders, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience

  • Provide support through phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process payments securely, maintaining the highest level of data protection and confidentiality
  • Proactively support customers, identifying and escalating priority issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer support, implementing best practices and strategies to enhance service quality
  • Maintain and improve service quality, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a call center background advantageous but not mandatory
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • B2 level proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach and active listening skills
  • Ability to handle inquiries professionally, with a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy

Technical Skills

* Typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy

  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
