What you will do

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving travel-related concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Utilizing advanced technology and tools to efficiently manage customer interactions and resolve issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

What you will need for success

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school degree or equivalent
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred qualifications

* Previous customer service or member-facing experience

  • Experience working in a banking or credit union environment
  • Familiarity with Episys/Symitar and processing wires

Skills and competencies required

* Skilled in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet time limits under high-pressure situations
  • Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department
  • Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and customers
  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
  • Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability to focus on detail
  • Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance
  • Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams
