Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our call center team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, connecting clients with interpreters, and handling high-volume calls with ease and efficiency. Responsibilities
* Assist clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phone
- Handle high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for clients
- Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations and building strong relationships
- Utilize strong computer skills and ability to learn new software to navigate our systems and tools
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to arenaflex's strict confidentiality policies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Personal computer with working camera and internet connection (required for remote work)
Qualifications
* Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position
- Ability to work remotely in emergency situations
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on resolving client issues efficiently
