Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Accurately inputting data into our system based on supplied images
- Identifying and classifying various document types
- Reviewing and validating data entries to maintain quality and precision
- Handling personal health information (PHI) with utmost confidentiality, in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Collaborating with colleagues professionally as needed
- Proposing suggestions for process enhancements
- Completing all assigned tasks promptly and assisting with additional responsibilities as required
Required Skills
To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies:
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to work efficiently
- A proactive self-starter capable of focusing on multiple tasks
- Quick learner with the adaptability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong capacity to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proficiency in reading and writing English
- Typing capabilities: 50 WPM with 95% accuracy, 4,500 KPH with 95% accuracy
Qualifications
While previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred, it is not required. However, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you can expect:
- An hourly wage of $12
- Flexible part-time and full-time positions available (full-time preferred; minimum of 20 hours weekly)
- Shifts available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday

Location
This is a remote position available for candidates residing in WI, MN, IA, or TX.
