Responsibilities
As a Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

- Troubleshooting technical problems and providing guidance on using arenaflex's mobile app and website
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with customers

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields
