Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing Exceptional Customer Service: You'll be the face of our brand, and we expect you to deliver top-notch service to every customer who walks through our doors. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Cross-Selling and Upselling: You'll have the opportunity to cross-sell and upsell items to complement our customers' purchases, as well as highlight current marketing promotions and special offers.
• Maintaining a Clean Store: You'll play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe store environment, including taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping.
• Stocking Shelves and Coolers: You'll be responsible for stocking shelves and coolers, as well as assisting with receiving deliveries to the store.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Can-Do Attitude and Customer Service-Driven Personality: We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a positive attitude to match.
• Prior Customer Service Experience: We prefer candidates with 6 months to 1 year of prior customer service experience, although we'll consider candidates with less experience who demonstrate a strong potential for growth.
• Flexibility and Availability: You'll need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Results-Driven and Adaptable: You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances with ease.
• TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates: You'll need to successfully complete the TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Cash Handling Experience: If you have prior experience handling cash, we'd love to hear from you.
• Sales and Marketing Experience: If you have a background in sales or marketing, you'll be well-suited to this role.
