Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer telephone inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Researching caller inquiries using internal knowledge databases, client websites, and escalation processes to resolve concerns
  • Educating callers on necessary information and alternatives to promote one-call resolution
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolution goals
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry as required
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual in Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Medical terminology knowledge (a plus)
  • Data entry and/or typing experience (a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
