Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Agent to join our Global Live Support Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling multiple channels, including inbound calls, chats, and messages, while maintaining a high level of expertise in each interaction. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, resolving time-sensitive issues, and providing exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle three primary channels: Inbound Calls, Chats, and Messages for arenaflex's partner merchants, clients, and dashers worldwide while maintaining a high level of expertise in each interaction.

  • Address time-sensitive issues, such as payments, account questions, driver issues, or investigations, with impressive speed and accuracy.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's processes, systems, and resources, and use this knowledge to drive positive results.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, providing a positive experience for our customers.
  • Meet or exceed quality standards, ensuring that we're the best Customer Experience Organization out there.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree

  • At least 1 year of experience in investigating client issues using email, phone, and chat
  • Fluent English language skills and excellent technical familiarity (typing speed of 40 WPM)
  • Experience in a high-speed customer support role and adaptability in a constantly changing environment
  • Excellent written communication skills – including first-class grammar, spelling, and the ability to write both formally and informally using arenaflex's brand voice and tone
  • Strong interpersonal skills – including the ability to build relationships and provide a positive experience for our customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple channels
  • Experience in maintaining a high level of expertise and providing exceptional support to customers
  • Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on providing exceptional support to customers

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's platform and processes
  • Experience in a remote work environment, with a focus on self-motivation and discipline
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience in a leadership or mentorship role, with a focus on developing and guiding others
