Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Business Intelligence and Data Science

Job Summary:
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for leading the analysis of complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable recommendations to improve business performance. You'll work closely with our Digital Innovation and Product teams to drive business growth, optimize processes, and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the analysis of large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Digital Innovation and Product teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experience
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain expertise in business intelligence tools, including PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, and SQL
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence
- Lead and participate in data-driven projects, including data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and implement machine learning models and predictive analytics
- Develop and maintain expertise in data visualization tools, including Tableau, PowerBI, and D3.js
- Create and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, data models, and technical documentation
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science, with 3+ years in a Fortune 500 organization
- 1+ year of experience in leadership or management, including experience leading cross-functional teams
- Master's degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence, or related field
- Experience with data visualization tools, including PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, and SQL
- High-level SQL skills and experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
* Graduate degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence, or related field
- Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, Power BI Data Analyst Partner, AWS Certified Data Analyst, or other relevant certifications
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
- Experience with dataDog, AppD, Kibana, or other data analysis tools
- Experience with business intelligence frameworks, including Palantir, Client Side execution measurements tools, and Quantum Measurements
- Past experience in the airline or travel industry
- Experience with AWS - Redshift, Quicksight, Athena, or other cloud-based data platforms
- Experience with Big Question or other data analysis tools
