As a Live Chat Teleperformance Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat interactions to address inquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

* Live Chat Interaction: Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to address their queries, provide information, and offer assistance.

  • Problem Resolution: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate channels when necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and creating positive interactions.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure accurate and thorough documentation.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required
