As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with expert advice, guidance, and support to help them overcome their challenges and achieve success.

Who You Are & What You'd Do

You'll be a key member of our team, working remotely to provide exceptional customer service to our customers. You'll be responsible for:

• Answering customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner
• Providing expert advice and guidance on our products and services
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborating with our team to identify and resolve customer issues
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

A Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Here's an overview of what a typical day might look like:

• You'll start your day by clocking in and checking in with the team on Microsoft Teams
• You'll sign into Acumatica, our internal inventory management tool and customer database, to access customer information and product details
• You'll begin answering calls and emails, using your expertise and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service
• You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
• You'll participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Training & Coaching

As a new hire, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program to ensure you have the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. Our training program includes:

• Mandatory training days, Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm EST
• Ongoing coaching and feedback to help you improve your skills and knowledge
• Regular quality reviews to ensure you're meeting our high standards
• Access to our internal knowledge base and resources to help you stay up-to-date on our products and services
