About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Digital Innovation team, which spans the globe and is comprised of talented individuals working together to build the best airline in the world. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights, process improvements, and innovative solutions. You will work closely with key stakeholders across various teams, including Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty, to develop and maintain strong relationships and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong associations with key stakeholders across Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty innovation groups
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to drive business growth through data-driven insights and process improvements
- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support business decision-making
- Work with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to design and implement data-driven solutions
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for enhancement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science
- 3+ years of experience in online business stage development and data visualization
- Strong experience with BI tools, such as PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, or Tableau
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and drive business outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as D3.js or Tableau
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
- Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and drive business outcomes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
