Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our OCC team as Customer Care Representatives. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working closely with our teams to resolve operational challenges, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed

  • Collaborate with our teams to resolve operational challenges, ensuring seamless execution of our business processes
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to drive business growth, working closely with our teams to identify opportunities and implement changes
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Work closely with our OCC teams to ensure effective communication, coordination, and collaboration across departments
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and partners

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • No prior experience required; we're looking for talented individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, adapting to new situations and challenges
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with SQL, SAS, Python, R, or other programming languages

  • Familiarity with carrier operations, including scheduling and planning
  • History of leadership or participation in student or community organizations
  • Passion for a future career in the aviation industry and serving Delta's customers
  • Experience with customer service software or systems
