The Role
We are seeking an experienced data engineer to join our Data Engineering team at arenaflex. As a data engineer, you will play a critical role in the development and support of our cloud-based data pipelines, working closely with our data scientists and analysts to ensure that our data is accurate, reliable, and easily accessible. Key Responsibilities
As a data engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Developing and maintaining cloud-based data pipelines using a range of technologies, including SQL, Python, and Docker
- Collaborating with data scientists and analysts to design and implement data solutions that meet their needs

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as software engineering, mathematics, or computer science
- 2+ years of experience in ELT/ETL data pipeline development and support
- Strong expertise in Python and SQL, with a focus on cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks
- Experience with creating and maintaining automated workflows and schedulers
- A solid understanding of data governance and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
