Job Description

As a Customer Service Virtual Assistant for arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service remotely, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. You will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, assist with tracking shipments, and address various customer service needs in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner

  • Provide tracking information, assist with shipment issues, and resolve customer concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Process customer orders and returns, ensuring a smooth transaction
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while providing excellent service

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher is a plus)
