Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customer service and sales team to achieve operational objectives and maintain high-quality service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support Team Performance: Assist in executing programs and initiatives that drive performance toward organizational goals, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.
  • Team Assistance: Support the customer service and sales team to achieve operational objectives, maintain high-quality service, and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Training & Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to new or less experienced staff, ensuring they understand their role, company values, and customer-centric culture.
  • Quality Assurance: Review team performance to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Escalated Inquiries: Investigate and resolve escalated customer service inquiries, ensuring a positive outcome and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Customer-Centric Culture: Foster a culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and loyalty, consistently striving to improve the customer experience and exceed expectations.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Required: Associate's Degree (minimum) or equivalent experience
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service
