Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, documenting issues and following up as needed to ensure resolution
  • Collaborate with fellow specialists and various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Work closely with the virtual team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the travel industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment, with a strong internet connection and reliable computer equipment
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning or evening shifts
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. hospitality, business, communications) preferred
