Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service support via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats
  • Resolving routine problems and answering questions regarding client products and services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Utilizing advanced technology and tools to streamline customer interactions and improve efficiency
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Adhering to arenaflex's quality standards and customer service policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace in your home
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and software applications
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • High-speed internet (wired connection, no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
  • Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual proficiency in additional languages (e.g., English, Spanish, and another language)
