Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Affiliate Customer Service Associate to join our team in Nashville, TN. As a hybrid employee, you'll work from our office three days a week, enjoying a dynamic and collaborative work environment. In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service to our songwriter and publisher customers, handling a high volume of inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting a culture of excellence and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish, addressing front-line inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting a culture of excellence and empathy.

  • Effectively handle a high volume of affiliate contacts and inquiries, primarily via telephone and email, with a focus on delivering timely and accurate responses.
  • Research and respond to a wide variety of inquiries, including assistance registering songs and account maintenance, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively capture notes and documents relevant details into our CRM system with every contact, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Demonstrate a results-driven approach, meeting productivity standards, completing work in a timely manner, and striving to increase productivity.
  • Escalate inquiries requiring additional research to case management as needed, ensuring seamless issue resolution.
  • Other duties as assigned, including supporting our BMI Core Values and cultivating a culture of diversity and inclusion.

Position Qualification Requirements

* College degree preferred.

  • One-year previous Call Center or similar customer service experience preferred.
  • Music industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools preferred.

* Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to listen, write, and speak effectively in both English and Spanish.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish good working relationships internally and externally, including strong negotiation and conflict management skills.

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
