Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Travel Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service to passengers, addressing their inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting passengers with flight reservations, changes, cancellations, and itinerary updates, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

  • Facilitating check-in procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for passengers.
