Job Summary

As a Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for continuing subscriptions and trials to existing customers, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems. You will work closely with our team to deliver sales results that meet client performance objectives, while adhering to standard contact procedures and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Contact existing customers on behalf of arenaflex's clients, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems

• Upgrade or resubscribe their services, building relationships and overcoming prospect objections
• Deliver sales results that meet client performance objectives, including number of contacts, leads/conversions/sales, and productivity metrics
• Adhere to standard contact procedures, operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards
• Utilize excellent communication and sales skills to build support for client products and services

Requirements

* Must be a resident of North Carolina

• Private and secure workspace at home, free from background noise or distractions
• Sales, call center, upselling, retail sales, or customer service experience is highly preferred
• Professional vocabulary and excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Assertive, quick thinking, and excellent schedule adherence and attendance
• Prior work-from-home call center experience is a plus
• Good computer skills and ability to work independently

Technical Requirements

* Must provide your own computer or laptop, meeting the following specifications: + Windows 10 Desktop or laptop, current on all security updates + High-quality noise-canceling wired USB headset + Dual Screen Set-up – a separate 19” monitor with 1280×1024 minimum resolution + Webcam + Free space – 5 GB + Processor speed – Dual Core @3 GHz or better OR Quad Core @2GHz or better + RAM Required – 8 GB + Anti-Virus – Full versions of Windows Defender or Essentials

• Internet Connection – Direct wired connection: Minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10mbps upload of DSL, Fiber Optic, or Cable (no dial-up, satellite, and mobile broadband connections)
