Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be part of a high-performing team that applies scientific rigor to improve our content portfolio, marketing, and distribution systems. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions with data-driven insights, identify untapped opportunities, and optimize our content strategy. Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
- Analyze customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions
- Streamline our content launch and episode release process to optimize audience engagement
- Test and optimize marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
- Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and data visualization
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages
- Experience with machine learning methods, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop and Spark
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS and Google Cloud
- Strong understanding of media and entertainment industry trends and challenges
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI
