Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, your duties will include:

• Receiving and putting away inventory in a timely and accurate manner
• Selecting and packing customer orders with precision and care
• Loading boxes into trucks for shipment, adhering to strict safety and quality standards
• Using scanners to read bar codes on products, ensuring accurate tracking and inventory management
• Viewing prompts on screens and following directions for tasks, such as troubleshooting and quality control
• Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, with training and certification provided free of cost
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, adhering to arenaflex's strict safety and quality standards

What It's Like Working at an arenaflex Fulfillment Center

* Safety: Your safety is our top priority, and we provide protective gear to ensure your well-being.

• Surroundings: You'll be working in a fast-paced environment with moving machines, order pickers, stand-up forklifts, turret trucks, and mobile carts.
• Activity: Some activities may require standing in one place for long periods, walking around, or climbing stairs.
• Temperature: Even with climate controls, temperatures can vary between 60 F and 90 F in some parts of the warehouse; on hot days, temperatures can be over 90 F in the truck yard or inside trailers.
• Noise level: It can get noisy at times, but we provide hearing protection if you need it.
• Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required, and protective safety footwear are required in select business units.
