Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced HR Shared Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to employees, ensuring the accuracy of employee data, and driving process improvements across our Talent organization. You'll have the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders, including employees, managers, and HR business partners, to resolve issues and provide timely support.

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Shared Services Representative, you'll be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy of employee data: You'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of employee data, including employee structures and processes, to ensure that our HR systems are up-to-date and reliable.
• Support employee applications: You'll assist with applications that affect all employees, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently, so that employees can focus on doing their best work.
• Research and implement new tools and strategies: You'll have the opportunity to research new tools and strategies that can simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization.
• Create and maintain our HR knowledge base: You'll help create, write, and maintain our HR knowledge base for employees, ensuring that they have access to the information and resources they need to succeed.
• Analyze and operationalize new employee services: You'll assist with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services, from pre-employment to offboarding.
• Perform system and testing audits: You'll perform system and testing audits to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and functionality of our HR systems, analyzing and recording results and discrepancies.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience with Workday HCM: You'll need to have experience with Workday HCM, including mass uploads (EIB).
• Project management, communication, and customer support skills: You'll need to have strong project management, communication, and customer support skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Analytical skills: You'll need to have strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
• Interest in HR and talent management: You'll need to have a strong interest in HR and talent management, with the ability to provide results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to problem-solve: You'll need to have the ability to problem-solve using rigorous logic and strategies to resolve complex problems.
• Degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field: A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR, or HR Generalist: Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR, or HR Generalist is a plus.
• Experience with Zendesk ticketing system: Experience with Zendesk ticketing system is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience with Workday Data Analyst: Experience with Workday Data Analyst is a plus.
• Experience with HRIS systems: Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
• Experience with project management tools: Experience with project management tools is a plus.
