Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email
• Answering customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Using various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to customer problems
• Communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
• Working variable hours to match customer demand, including day, late, and overnight shifts
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum age of 18 years old
• The right to work in Egypt
• A minimum qualification of a high school degree (passed)
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (both written and oral fluency)
• Experience working with a computer
• The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within our operating hours
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, weekend, and overtime as required)
