Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through online chat. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing prompt and professional customer support via online chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Answering customer inquiries regarding products, services, policies, and account information, providing accurate and up-to-date information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshooting common customer issues and providing resolutions, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments as needed.
  • Guiding customers through online processes and assisting with account management, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.
  • Documenting customer interactions accurately and efficiently, using CRM software to track customer interactions and improve customer service skills.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times, adhering to company policies and procedures for customer service.
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), continuously improving customer service skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications

To be successful as a Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or online chat environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong typing skills and the ability to type accurately and quickly
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in using computers and online chat platforms
  • US Citizenship or Green Card Holder required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Bilingual language skills
