Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric LiveChat Assistant to join our dynamic customer support team. As a LiveChat Assistant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat and messaging platforms, providing prompt and efficient assistance, and resolving customer inquiries and issues in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers through online chat and messaging platforms, responding to inquiries, providing information, and offering assistance.

  • Assist customers in navigating our products or services, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, escalating complex issues to higher levels of support when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette in all interactions.
  • Document customer interactions, including the nature of inquiries, solutions provided, and any follow-up actions.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including response time, customer satisfaction scores, and chat volume goals.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure consistent and effective customer support.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in using online chat and messaging platforms, with experience in customer support software a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a healthcare setting or with healthcare-related products and services.
