The Role

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through various channels, including telephone, email, and chat. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers. You'll be working on a part-time, remote schedule, focusing on weekend shifts from Friday to Sunday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. This role requires a commitment to meeting or exceeding established service level agreements (SLAs) set by the Customer Success Management team.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner, ensuring that each customer feels valued and understood.

  • Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand. This includes providing personalized recommendations, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Be empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business's bottom line. You'll need to balance the needs of our customers with the goals of the business, making informed decisions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collect and share feedback to external teams to ensure that customer needs are being met effectively. This includes gathering insights from customers, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement changes.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.

  • Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and products. You'll need to be familiar with our brand values, products, and services, as well as our target audience and their needs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in training and development programs, and contributing to process improvements.
  • On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business. You'll need to think critically and come up with innovative solutions to complex problems.
