Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers via phone, email, or chat. Key Responsibilities

Required Capabilities

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or insurance industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Capabilities

* Experience in a healthcare or insurance industry

• Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
