Temporary Remote Opportunity As a Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative, you will work on a flexible schedule, choosing from available hours that suit your needs. Our hours of operation are from Sunday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST, with new hire classes starting weekly. You will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer and headset (preferably). Key Responsibilities As a CAT Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs * Offering empathy and support to customers during the claim process * Collecting and documenting all claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately * Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions * Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries Computer and Network Requirements To ensure a seamless experience, we require: * A computer with Windows 10, Windows 11, or Windows Home operating system * A headset (preferably) * A private network connection (Ethernet or Wi-Fi) * A stable internet connection (speed test required upon hire) * No VPNs allowed (logins must happen in the US) Desired Characteristics We are looking for highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated individuals who are: * Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Swift and accurate typists (40+ words per minute) * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) * Familiar with Windows operating systems * Reliable and able to maintain regular attendance and punctuality * Customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious) * Able to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage * Thrive in a fast-paced environment Qualifications To be eligible for this role, you must: * Be at least 18 years old * Have a high school diploma or equivalent * Be authorized to work in the country where the job is based * Be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test as part of the onboarding process Benefits and Compensation As a Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative, you can expect: * Job Type: Temporary/Seasonal * Expected Hours: 2-40 hours per week * Pay: $15 per hour * Ability to work from home when convenient for you * Opportunity for rehire during high-volume timeframes (April-May, July-October, Christmas-New Year) Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our team members' growth and development.
