About the Role

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for transferring data from one source to another through various means, including data entry equipment, word processing, and verbal recordings. Your exceptional typing skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Entering data into appropriate fields, databases, records, and files with precision and speed

• Utilizing excellent typing, writing, and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients
• Summarizing data for standardized reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity
• Typing data directly and accurately, with a focus on minimizing errors
• Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation, ensuring data integrity
• Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed, maintaining a tidy and efficient workspace
• Collaborating with colleagues to resolve data entry-related issues and improve processes

Requirements

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently, clearly, and professionally for voice recording data

• Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with a high level of autonomy and accountability
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets
• High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and data analysis

Qualifications

* Data Entry Clerk: 1 year of experience (Required)

• Excel/Filing: 1 year of experience (Required)
• Familiarity with data entry software and systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
