Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our team of remote customer service agents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the following functions on a daily basis:
- File Disputes: Customers who call in suspecting fraud on their account must file a dispute for the charges, and must have their debit card shut down for safety.
- Express Empathy: Potential bank account fraud is serious, and scary for customers. The agent must be able to maintain an empathetic and professional tone throughout all calls.
- Off-Hours Availability: This job is 100% Nights, 100% Weekends, and 100% Holidays. This is not a traditional 9 to 5, and no traditional hours exist except for holidays.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required, and an Associate's degree is preferred.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
- Background Check: A background check is required for this position.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Technical Requirements: You will need to have a WIRED High-Speed Internet Connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps (No Wifi), an Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 15 or higher) Smartphone, and either a Smartphone with Unlimited Minutes or a Landline Phone.
- Problem-Solving Ability: You must be able to problem-solve and think critically.

Education and Experience

The pay for this position is $14.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn bonus pay for meeting or exceeding performance targets.
