Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Processing incoming, outgoing, and internal retirement account transfers with accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborating with internal partners to deliver timely and accurate information in response to inquiries and/or service issues
• Providing value-add recommendations to increase operational efficiencies and promote client retention
• Identifying opportunities to build existing relationships through timely and accurate transfer processing and service quality
• Maintaining excellent customer contact skills, along with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience working with Third Party Administrators (TPA's) and Independent Record-Keepers or Advisors
• Excellent operational, organizational, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage and process complex operational work
• Strong customer contact skills, along with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficiency in data entry, typing skills, and financial services
• Strong time management and data processing skills
• Experience with financial software and systems

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems
• Certification in data entry, financial services, or a related field
