Our Challenge
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work with gardeners from all over the country, helping them find the right solutions for their yards and gardens. You'll be the connection between our customers and our products, providing expert advice and support to ensure their success. We're looking for someone who is passionate about gardening, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to learn and grow with our team.
A Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Providing expert advice on gardening products and services
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the gardening or horticulture industry
- Knowledge of gardening products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
